Are you uncomfortable showing off your Tommy in the public? You wake up every morning starring at that  mirror ,wishing that those  saggy bag of fat  you call stomach would trim down. 

Well, my advice for you is to stop wishing and start working cos the earlier you deal with it the better. 

So without much stressing of the issue,let me show you the 5 ultimate fitness practices I used to loss my belly fat totally. 

Note:this will only work if you stick to them and dedicate your effort into achieving the goal. 

1:Take your morning juggling serious. 

This is ultimately how I started my fitness journey. I never missed my morning juggles and trust me I started seeing great results in matter of months. 

Juggling doesn’t only trim down your belly fat, it also brings down the fat percentage of the entire body. 

2: Do planks 



Plank is a very simple body weight but effective Tommy exercise. 

It’s most effective in strengthening your core muscle which is great for achieving a six pack ab.

You perform it by lying Face down on the floor, in a kind of push up position ,but instead of using your palm  to support your weight on the floor ,you are to use your elbow instead. 

And you are meant to hold the position for like 40 to 45 seconds before releasing and doing it all over again. 
3:Drink at least 1 liter of water every morning. 



This will not only help you loss belly fat, but it will also help you lose overall body weight. 

Drinking of water early in the morning helps flush off toxins from your system and also aid your digestion process. 

4:Be ready to do loads and loads of  ups. 

Most people think that push ups are only meant for chest but that’s not the truth. Push up is like a compound exercise it hits the entire body when executed. 

Moreover, you will automatically loss your belly fat once your total body fat percentage is down. 

5:Do 2 minutes of early morning sprint for at least 3 times every week. 

Actually, sprinting is quite different from juggling. Sprinting is a scenario where you run a short distance at you maximum speed. 

The one advantage sprinting has over regular juggling is that it gives faster results, as it tends to burn more calories which in turn will automatically reduce your belly fat level.
